Kecekalan dan Kesabaran

Selamat Pagi dan Salam Sejahtera.
Setelah sekian lama saya tidak menulis di halaman blog peribadi saya hari ini terpanggil untuk berkongsi sedikit pendapat dari seorang insan biasa.Seringkali kita sebagai manusia diuji dengan pelbagai cubaan di arena kehidupan duniawi yang fana ini.Kenapa kita diuji?Diuji dengan pelbagai ujian kegagalan, kecewaan, keraguan, kepiluan dan kehilangan insan tersayang.Apakah Tuhan tidak adil kerana kita diuji dengan musibah?Tuhan Maha Adil.Dia tidak pernah melakukan kesilapan demi kesempurnaan Sang Maha Esa.Kadang kala kita cemburu melihat sang kaya makin kaya dan mengasihani  sang miskin yang makin miskin dan ditindas.Kita lihat Sang berkuasa ingin menguasai sang lemah umpama lembu yang dicucuk hidungnya dan sang ditindis bagaikan anjing yang ingin menggigit jari tuannya.Apakah ini adalah keadilan sejagat dan masyarakat madani?Lidah yang tidak bertulang sudah tidak dijaga dan dikawal demi ketuhanan kepada nafsu.yDimanakah pertimbangan kita sebagai insan yang rasional?Kenapakah fenomena ini berlaku di muka bumi tanah air kita yang majoritinya umat Islam ?Apakah Tuhan itu zalim kerana membenarkan semua kejadian tidak sihat berlaku di negara kita?Dimanakah nilai insan dan ihsan sesama manusia?Sebenarnya setiap yang berlaku didalam  dunia ini adalah dinamakan sunnatullah.Maksud sunnatullah secara ringkasnya adalah percaturan ilahi terhadap segala kejadian di alam kosmos ini menurut ketentuanNya.Segala kebaikan dan keburukan dinamakan Qadar iaitu kuasa mutlak ilahi terhadap apa yang diinginkan terjadi kepada makhluk ciptaanNya.Oleh itu kita sentiasa disuruh untuk bersangka baik kepadaNya atau istilah moden berfikiran positif dan terbuka.Sebagai insan kita hanya mampu mengubah Qada iaitu usaha sedaya upaya dengan penuh kecekalan dan kesabaran dalam menghadapi cabaran kehidupan dunia yang fana ini.Percayalah kepada potensi yang ada pada diri kita sendiri.Selalulah kita bertanya diri kita 2 Soalan mudah.1.Siapa Diri Kita 2.Apakah matlamat hidup kita.Yakinlah pada Sang Maha Esa.Janganlah kita lupa siapa diri kita walau dimana kita berada di muka bumi tuhan ini.Selagimana kita mengingatinya pada setiap waktu dalam apa jua keadaan mustahil untuk dia melupakan diri kita.namun sebagai insan kita wajib mengakui kelemahan kita diwaktu solat berzikir dan berdoa kepadaNya tetapi Janganlah kita bersikap lemah terhadap cabaran dan ujian kehidupan.Hadapilah dengan kecekalan kesabaran dan penuh rasa tawakkal kepadaNya.Wallahuallam.

Why we should always asking why in our life?

I may not a great man fullfil with a lot of achievement but I growing up by doing mistakes.Yes there were time I was obsessed and crazy with something that I don't know.Yes I was obsessed with my own religion.Of course nobody is going to hell and everyone expecting to be accepted by His God.Nothing wrong by learning about religion matters to enhance our believe but make sure learned from the right person.

In my experience,the best option is to be moderate.Just do what we have strong faith in and follow the mainstream.Always asked our heart and soul.The most important thing is we must know ourself and our limit.Make sure we don't learned religion from BULLSHIT teacher because it will jeopordise your life and good will.When we made mistakes do not regret but always asked why this thing happened.Forgive ourself.

Herewith I will disclosed some fact about Bullshit Religious Teacher:

1.He always underestimate others
2.He think he has all the superiority to control the whole nature
3.He loves to point fingers to other
4.He claimed that He is the Al-Mehdi and Al-Khaidir
5.He claimed that He is the representative of Prophet SAW
6.He has subversive minded,always encourged his follower to go against the nature.

be careful with this kind of teacher because they may have personal conflict and interest to against you.Towards to the extend you could loose yourself and they will use the "magic" to control your subconcious mind..The game he plays is very soft in front of you but in a way he is destroying your credibility and self confidence.Be careful and never fooled by Bullshit religious teacher.

If you are ever trapped by this kind of people,make sure you pray to Allah SWT to forgive your mistakes.Do not be regret to all the sins of your past.Always Istighfar(asking to be forgive by God).Remember we all going to met Allah when we die,when our heart stop working.The purpose of religion is to improve the mankind by physically,mentally spritually and emotionally.The Guru of all Guru is Prophet Muhammad SAW.However we live 1432 years after his migration from Mecca to Medina.Due to time span,a lot of changes happen through the time.The challenge were different.The most important value is to have faith in ourself and listen to our heart.Our Soul never lie.

Yesterdays,we were shocked by a weird man who attacked JPM,Putrajaya.He was shot death by the Police after he make chaos and agression there.Last night I tried to do my private investigation of  who was that guy.I was informed that he is a person who was obsessed with some wali songo's mystical path and few alquran verse.Probably that was the reason why he became insane and humiliate others.

Al-Mehdi is very sensitive name among muslim all over the world.Eventhough Al-Mehdi is extremely fierced by the jewish(zionist).The Zionist believe that Al-Mehdi and The Messiah are the  person who can defeat their 'great civilization' nowadays.But the question is Is that Guy the Real Al-Mehdi?Rationally he is not Al-Mehdi because the real Al-Mehdi is God's secret.It is like when you try to translate Alif,Lam,Mim...There are a lot of assumption but the accurate meaning only belong to God.Same as Al-Mehdi's story.

I came across to jot down my thought due to some personal knowledge and experiences on this particular chapter,Why he did self proclaimed Al-Mehdi?I believe that this person has been involved or influenced by any mystical experience.Yes of course,We have heard about the story of  past awliya(Muslim Piousman) who educate society about Islam in the past through mystical movement(My decendent is connected to Hj Yusuf Kenali or famous as Tok Kenali of Kelantan through my father's side).Yes there are people who really obsessed by learning the mystical path eventhough it is not compulsary for civilian to learn the mysitcal path.If we look at our history,how and why we are muslim especialy Malay who lives and reside in Malaysia.Of course because our parents are muslim.(Muslim is those who say and believed that there is no God but Allah,Muhamad is God Advocate).

The problem is when an ordinary person try to learn and understand about mystical path,it is compulsary to have some one to teach.Mystical knowledge is not like engineering course in the university but it could engineered your heart and soul to be a good gentleman if you learned from the right person.(The Teacher's sanad must be connected from generation to generation until Prophet Muhammad S.A.W)It is normal in those days our grandfathers practiced mystical knowledge of Islam to enhance their soul against all the odds eg colonisation and so on.Time has changed and  we may forget about cause the strength of the past.However,when a person practising mystical path without guidance,he will curse himself.He will jeopordise himself.Towards to the extreme level,he will proclaimed himself as Al-Mehdi.

Al Mehdi never claimed he is the A l Mehdi because Only Allah s.w.t knows who and where is AL-Mehdi.A real Mehdi cannot be killed by any kind of black magic or physical weapon because he will die naturally by will of Allah and Al-Mehdi will visualised himself by will of Allah SWT for the sake of his accepted religion.He has arabic letter on his forhead naratting ALLAH in arabic.What happened now in our country is  because our brother muslim is quarelling and fighting each other due to clash of ideology.Towards to the extend it would lead to brotherhhood war and bloodshed .It is the time for all muslim to be united regardless whatever path you are,wahabissm or sufism or tabligh, syiah or ahlil sunnah wal jumaah,we came from the same God and The Same God Advocate. We have Al-Quran and AlSunnah who guide us to the universal unity.Accept the difference and forgive the past ignorance.It's time to reunite for the sake of our religion and future of Muslim as an ummah..Forget about the clashed of ideology.Let us unite for the goodwill of Allah SWT.We must save our religion from being jeopordise by those who hates our religion.Forget all the prejudice and stigma.We are muslim and we are all brothers.Respect the older and love the younger.May Allah SWT blessed us.

The Limitless-It is real

I wonder if any of you have watch this movie.It is a movie about a youngman who is depressed with his work,non-performing attitutude,being dumped by his girlfriend.He met his collegemate and managed to find solution for himself,NZ48-an antipsycotic drugs that stimulate mankind mental arithmetics.(The drugs is banned due to law).He gained himself from ultimately depressed young man writer to successful senator candidate.I may not film critique but I just want to share a moral lesson from the film.Never GIVE UP.We live in modern era whereas everybody could communicate effectively using the modern gadget such as iPhone,BB and So on.We have seen people has evolvely change.The world is moving revolutely faster.But we stil have 24 hours a day,12 months and 365 days a year.The volume of time never changed.It all about how we manage our time.How we plan our task better.Some people said future is hope.For me,future is today and it is an option.Some people said well you are lucky man growing up in silver spoon.For the are some one who growing up in Platinum spoon.Life is all about being ourself.For the past 1 year and 4 months,I have not involving in much business activity since I want to lerned deeply about humankind.Fortunately I found and met many helping people who help me to bring out my true potential.A good thing I learned"do not expect to find heaven if you do not know who you are.Knowing who you are is more important than any university degree that we have.Welcome back ! When I was a young boy,I dare to dream.Dream and hope to Almighty.Being a daring person normally will create either into two situation,either winning situation or losing situation.Sometime neither winning nor losing situation.As time goes by,growing up step by step,I face challenge.Fighting is always for reason.Some funny guys called me The Rebellious Boy But Some good boys called me The Changer.I happy with whatever people called me because I know Who knows me better who is my Creator.The bad time is not an option but is an oppurtunity that is granted by our Creator to achieve a better life now,tomorrow and hereafter.Of course,nobody love to be heavily critisized but when we read the history of The Chief of All Leader,Prophet Muhammad S.A.W,he had been heavily critisized by his own family and his community at the early stage of spreading the one and only religion that is granted by Allah,Islam.I am OKAY and Great Things I really Understand,I know WHO really I am.Give Thanks to Allah S.W.T

The Higher We Hike,The Deeper We Fall

As time goes by,we are in 3Q of 2009.That means we have passed half of the year.When I was a kid,I always see myself as a successful figure.I always tell myself I can do!I always convienced my self I can explore the world that so called IMPOSSIBLE for me.Finally it I M POSSIBLE.Yes,there were time we were on the top of our performance.We have what men dream.As we are growing older,we learn about why we are here.On the land of Allah.Under the deep sea or on top of hill.We are lucky because we can see.See things from deep of our heart.We went to school to get the education.We went to work because we want to earn our living.We fight for morality cause.But sometime we forget that we just the slave.Slave of the real SLAVE OWNER,ALLAH s.w.t.As time goes by,I realise that things always happen for reason.Either Good or Bad,Better or Worst.At the end of the day,we will carry ourself.All my life,I always believe that tough time never last,but tough man always survive.We are the one who paint our life either good or bad.Bad time is the best time to learn and learn.I always believe that Allah is always with us.Allah will always help his Slave.May ALLAH save us.

First,I heard about the name of Barack Hussien Obama when I was in my final year(somewhen in 2006).During that time then,my good friend from Jakarta, who was then a comittee member of Indonesian Student Society in my university told me that there is an ambitous African American who will be the next President of United States.Somehow,when I look at the Barrack's photo,I remember the late Frank Sinatra.A capable young man who will influence the world policy.Hopefully his policy is supporting modern economic policy.In the past,the U.S need wars to boost up their economy.Perhaps he will fix what is going around in the States instead of attacking the outside world.I am confident with the new President of United States since he was promoting 'CHANGE WE NEED".CONGRATS MR.PRESIDENT BARRACK HUSSIEN OBAMA!

The wealth of Malays and her values

Today,after a hard day at work in Ampang,K.L,finally I am get home and about to laid on my favorite bed in my 'Kampong' house in Pasir Puteh,Kelantan.A bit tired today since my career deal a lot with people from all walks of life.After office time,I shot to airport with my brothers to fly from KL to KB.With my eldest cousin,later we met someone at the Renaissance Hotel Coffee House,KB for some discussion.Later I met a very wise old man.I asked his oppinion and thoughts about the Malays and he gave me a very positive feed back about our origin.He said the real wealth of malays and her core values is the way we threat people.We are rich in the point of respecting people and helping each other.However,there are people who try to play with the fire.Sparking up the fire plug to destroy us.For those who are trying to do so,its better to prevent the fire because it takes pain and tears to stop the fire.Lets unite for the sake of our country,for the sake of our future and the most important chapter is to achieve out vision and mission to be a developed country by 2020.Remember,we are here because of our forefather and the past generation.None of them want to see their kids play with the fire because they understand the fire better.

Today,as I was in my office doing work,somehow my attention was diverted to this name,Sir William Wallace of Scotland.When I was a student back then in Newcastle,I loved to drive my car to the historical place almost around the UK.I did drive to country side with my sister and sometime with my friends.One of my favourite historical city is the Edinbrvgh,Scotland.Sir William Wallace was a famous Scottish patriot.He was the Man who lead the race against the English occupation to Scotland back then in 14th century.His famous qoutes was "EVERY MAN DIES,NOT REALLY EVERY MAN LIVES".

Labour Issue:The Foreign Labour who Seek Golden Oppurtunity at the "SUVARNABUMI' Malaysia

Dear valuable friends,

This evening,I have watched the Awani@ Astro,a favourite talk-show known as "Perspektif Kita".The Issue was about the Foreign Labour Supply in our country.There was a great debate and talk then.The corum was filled by the right personalities,from Politician,Businessmen and Government Officials.Recently,there foreign labour supply has increased due to many factors,rising from economic factors such as rising of local labour cost to cultural and social factors.As we are moving forward towards a developed society,we shall need a better unit of integrated controlling mechnism to syncronised the foreign labour supply to our country.

For me,in my perpective of view as an employer in a small firm,whenever I am about to employ the personnel,I care about delivery.Based on my personal experience,the foreign labour always delivered a better service especially the general workers.Without them,the goods won't be delivered accordingly.To manage them,it's not hard.As long as we understand their needs and expectation,things should be done accordingly.

When I was a young gentleman,I was a foreign student in the foreign land.To support myself,I did part time job.(General Workers).I remember,my previous employer has been nice to me even though I was a foreigner.I always convienced myself to be nice to employee as possible.However,we should realise where our foots are.

Most probably my perspective of view is applicable into microsociety.As for me,I am not cormfortable if one day,our government will impose the tight control of the supply of foreign labour to our country.Imagine,how we are going to build up the building without them?Who is going to pick up the rubbish without them.We need them,but we have to integrate them to our society.

As Example;Why not we look at the way the Middle Eastern handle with the foreign labour?or we could take the Europeant Government deal with this issue?At the end of the day,we as a Malaysian should always defend our economical factor.The most important things that we should always consider,the PRICE that we have to pay.

COME ON:DON"T LOOK BACK IN ANGER..petrol price,dinar currency,inflation,jobless.....THERE WILL BE WAYS TO SOLVE

First and foremost,

I would like to say thanks to ALLAH al-mighty for his mercy and bless for giving me good health to work,to stand up speak up,and fight for the right.The right as a Y-GEN of MALAYSIA.Everyone knows that our country is facing a political turbulance as the result of General Election.Whatever it is,the new government aged of hundred days is already established.Currently,It seems that everyone is worried of the shooting price of gasoline.I want to advice my fellow friends not to put the blame on the government.This is due to increase of petrol price in the global market.We can't do anything because we aren't the price taker.All we can do is to make use the energy resources as optimise as possible.Yesterday,the TOK GURU has made a suggestion to replace our currency system to dinar system.Look,if we translate the words dinar into english,it means currency.It is a good suggestion,but if we go back to the history of paper money dated in 17th century,mankind created paper notes to replace the carrying of gold bar.The GOLDSMITH back then in England started to use paper notes to improve the security since a lot of the gold bar owner had been robbed.The question is,how effective is the dinar system?It will required a lot of time to make this change.Secondly,as we are moving forward,we want things are simplified and effective results.Somehow,we have to see things as a whole.not for personal interest.Talking about the jobless issue,we have to face the challenge of the millenium.If we don't have job,why not we create our own job.Never stop thinking on how to sort our problem.We will find way.Last but not least,I would like to remind myself that All the good deeds from Allah s.w.t and bad deeds from our own weakness.

After a series of tough episode of my life,I start to pen my thoughts and opinions again.To all my friends,I would like to say a gratitude thankful for visiting me during my late father's funeral,tahlil and the most important,moral support.I wish you happiness and a happy ending.Currently,our country is facing a political turbulance.A a young Malay,I feel that I am responsible to pen at least a piece of mind to Malaysian.A gentleman aged 25 like me or (so called Y generation) should learn to appreciate what our late forefather had been fighting for.I don't understand why there are people who try to break our political peace and harmony.I may be nobody but as a Malaysian,especially the young generation,they should think forward.See through all the possibilities of every event.I remember my late father used to remind me on how important to live in peaceful and harmony.When I was a young boy aged 7 yrs old I was forced to watch news,prime time news and world news.As I growing older I was exposed to financial news.I remember when I asked my dad,why should I watch the news?He said,son it's important to watch what is going around the globe.If we the young generation of Malaysia could not unite,I am afraid the we are losing the touch of midas.I am afraid that we are going to loose our steering.For friends who read my blog,please don't ever let our country down.We live in a harmony country whereby we could go for mamak stall at night.Even in Newcastle,England they can't simply go out at night due to street stabber.My wish to my dear friends,please make our country as harmony as possible.Stop fighting.Somehow we need to follow the traffic light rules.Green when we need to go.Yellow when we need to be ready.Red....it's time to stop.If they hit the red light,they will get caught by CCTV.

My Dad was my hero.All my life,he was a great man for me.He was a man of his own words,honest,trustworthy and high degree of integrity and full of priciple.He was the man who sponsored my education back then in England.He was the man who took great care of his family,his friends and affiliates.Dad,InsyaAllah..We'll meet you in heaven..Ameen...

I would like to wish my heartful condolonce to the father of Malaysian automotive industry,The Late Tan Sri S.M Nasimuddin's family.He has departed to a better place.I believe that he has contributed a lot of good deeds to the nation.He was a very humble businessman.According to a good friend of me,who was a senior executive at Naza Group before venturing his own business,the late Tan Sri always bought his own newspaper at the newstall next to his Menara Naza,Kampung Baru.He started his business very small with 5 staff and now he has 4000 people worked with him.Alfatihah.His spirit of entrepreneurship shall lies in every Muslim businessman to achieve at least the best.Nothing more and nothing less.Alfatihah and and May Allah rest his soul with the Mursalin,Anbiya' and Solihin.

The Swordfish Way

First and foremost,I would like to thank God almighty for what was given to me.I just want to share.A true story.It's called the swordfish way.A lot of people cares about rising to the star but they forget who create the stars and moon and Who create the world.It doesnt belong to us.I does belong to Allah almighty.The swordfish way is a problem solving way of thinking.At metro,we encourage our management personnal and associates to think this way around.Never ever fear of falling and losing.Because from failure,the new doors are like to be opened.I believe that our corporation will be growing repectedly.

Risk Apetite:Learning Moderate Ways

Today,I would pleasely share a true story from a good friend of mine.My friend, he's a successful entreprenuer based in Malaysia.He's highly educated person,armed with degree in Engineering plus Masters in Finance from a university.He hold shares in couple of private limited companies and generated a great amount of income to him.I know him through a good friend.He told me that not many people success in his/her venture because they love to assume.According to him,if we assume somethings,then it will create the worst situation,"ASS U n ME ".He encouraged me to learn moderate ways of running things.I start to listen from him.He told me that,Mukhzani If you want to turn your corporation from scratch,you need to sacrifice.You need to do a lot of things that you need to do and admit the consequences that you are going to face in the future.He encourged me to develop the asset around me.I am very thankful to know him.He's my mentor now.I hope that I will ensure that I could make things happen.Time will tell everythings.I look far ahead beyond the time.I always imagine myself always ahead than others.But there are always ups and down.I win some and lose some.I admit that.Now I am not afraid to to fight with anyone because they are just a human being.I am confident that I am going to have a very bright future ahead.I am not afraid to lose what I have for the sake of learning moderate ways.Islam means moderation.Islams means civilization.Islams means properity.We live in a country where Islam is the official religion and as a citizen of Malaysia,I will ensure to work harder than before because our future is uncertain.It's solely depends on us.We need to look far beyond time.Looking back a few step in the past,there are a lot of people who loves me and there are also few people who disagree,hates and dislikes me.For those who loves me,thanks for your loves and for those who disagree with me,I would like to say grateful thanks for critisizing me.I admit that it is the risk of being "Marginal",not the average.A lot of Marginal figures died in thier battlefield but their spirit never dies.
